I highly recommend NJOS: 1. They presented me with a detailed, yet easy to understand contract for my new copy machine. 2. They took care of the details regarding the end of the lease of my old machine from another company 3. They set up my new copy machine and explained all of the very cool features. 4. When I have had a couple of questions, they responded very quickly. 5. They did a trouble shoot for me (wasn't a problem on their end!) and helped me solve the problem. 6. I feel confident that when I need supplies I will receive them in a day as promised (the contract includes my toner for the life of the lease) My contact, Shawn, is most friendly and very helpful. They are a local company for me and I am glad to be able to refer anyone who has any questions.

NJOS provided us quality services. Whenever i need help, they always answer me back within 1-2 hours. It is a great experience to work with everyone in their company. LOVE NJOS! Shawn is super, so knowledgeable and quick to respond to any question or concern, his prices are very fair and his team is exceptional! I never have to remember to order toner, it's delivered before we run out, making another thing checked off my "to do" list without having "to do" anything! I cannot recommend NJOS enough. We are a small company and were treated and given service from Shawn Donelson (the president) and our account executive, Matt Smith, as if we were a priority. They not only helped with our copier needs, but took A LOT of their time setting us up with Microsoft OneDrive to save us money, which is something that did not have a benefit to them at all. They are very responsive to any question or problem and never hesitate to offer immediate assistance. On top of all that, they are just great people and a pleasure to work with. Do yourself a favor and give them a call for all your office systems needs.

When you need a solution, you call NJOS. Shawn & the team are driven by providing solutions, not products. Anyone can provide a copier, scanner, etc. - but technology can be finicky, glitchy & may not always work. You want someone who will stand by you and make sure you can get the job done. If there are any businesses in need of a great copier sales and service company in NJ, you are wasting your time if you don't talk to Shawn Donelson first. If you already have a copier like I did, you owe it to yourself and your business to talk to the man. I'm not kidding.

I opened my own law practice in January. The service that Shawn & Charlie have provided has been beyond phenomenal. Shawn and NJ Office Systems are the best. Good products, and great customer service. They stand by the products they sell 100%. Last year, thinking I would save some money, I decided to buy non-OEM cartridges. When they developed problems a few months ago, Shawn had me return them to the supplier, and was able to get money back for me. I now use genuine HP toners, which NJOS offers for less than Staples or HP, with free delivery. I highly recommend both the products and service from NJ Office Systems.
